‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that almost no marriage in Port Charles ever ends with happily ever after. Many soap viewers find stable unions boring, vanilla, and too safe.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Drew And Michael Work Together Through Aurora
That’s why Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) were always destined for trouble. Recently, Drew and Willow succumbed to mutual attraction and kissed in the Quartermaine living room.
Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) witnessed them sucking face but quickly turned around and left. She may not say anything to Michael because Willow is her best friend.
Plus, she’s not the type to create problems for people. She’ll likely only confide in her beau, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), who would never tell a soul.
However, that doesn’t mean Michael won’t find out about it—and then some. Michael and Drew work together through Aurora, and Willow is working with The New Tomorrow Institute as a spokesperson for the non-profit organization.
So, while Drew and Willow’s mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), have had intercourse countless times in his office, it’s not hard to imagine that he may also take that tactic with Willow if they share an encounter that leads to a steamy hook-up.
Michael could walk into Drew’s office for something related to their business, and he and Willow could be amid a passionate tryst.
It would break Michael’s heart to see Willow and his uncle in a compromising position, and it’s likely not something he could easily forgive.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Michael Isn’t The Type To Forgive Easily
We all know that Michael isn’t the type to forgive easily, but we can look at what he did to his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
After Sonny came home from Nixon Falls and chose Nina over his family, Michael went ballistic and hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) as a mole in Sonny’s organization.
They even set Sonny up to be busted by the FBI, but Michael and Sonny worked things out before that happened.
Michael may do something spiteful to get revenge on Drew and even Willow since he will no doubt feel very betrayed.
To complicate matters, Drew is running for Congress, and he doesn’t need a scandal, so we think Michael may use the opportunity to leak the scandal of his affair with Willow to the press.
It can potentially ruin his campaign and his reputation, not to mention Michael and Willow’s marriage. Michael may even have Willow move out of the Quartermaine gatehouse and file for divorce.
At the very least, it would shake up Michael and Willow’s relationship. We can see Michael outing Drew and Willow to humiliate them.
It would turn the whole family against them, maybe even the entire town. Nina would also be hurt because she’s been sleeping with Drew herself!
We all know GH chose to take this road to cause trouble for Nina and Willow. Nina and Willow were starting to make progress in their mother-daughter relationship, but this could put it to the test.
Let’s be clear. We don’t necessarily condone the writers putting Drew and Willow together. However, we can appreciate the soapy possibilities that are yet to come.
