    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for March 20th reveal Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has crossed the line from entertaining to dangerous. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a hard call to make.

    We’ll also see Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) getting a warning from Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For March 20: Self destructive, much?

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal someone grabs Maxie Jones (Kirsten Jones) in the promo. As Lucy is supposed to make an impulsive decision, it’s clearly her. And we can’t. Watching Lucy walk around in that horrible excuse for a disguise was bad enough.

    Anyone could have noticed her, and now she’s likely revealing herself to Maxie. And we’re sure it’s all about making sure Maxie has marching orders regarding the Nurses Ball.

    We understand that event is Lucy’s baby, basically. However, given their current circumstances and all the warnings she’s gotten, it’s downright irresponsible of her to take such a risk.

    And we’re sure once she gets back, her follow hideaways are going to have a few words for her. It doesn’t matter Maxie can likely be trusted, she shouldn’t be bringing anyone else in this totally on her own. We just hope for her sake (and the others’), she gets a grip. Fast.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For March 20: Tough calls

    In other news, Sonny is no stranger to making tough decisions. And it looks like that conversation with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) might have shaken him a little. It seems he’ll be weighing options, and we believe we know where this is going to go.

    In the promo, he tells Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), “My children are not going to be visiting, and neither are you.” Sounds like Sonny is ordering her to keep her distance while he straightens this mess he’s in out. We like that he’s thinking that way, but we also believe it’s a little late.

    It doesn’t matter if they’re around him or not. They can just as easily be targets just by the fact their his children. And his relationship with Nina is no secret.

    As for Dex, we wonder if he’s having a crisis of conscience. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate he saw another side to Sonny when the mob boss was talking to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth).

    Plus, the fact Sonny’s been so kind to him. Does that mean he might be ready to tell the truth about something? In the promo, Joss warns Dex, “If you do that, you’ll be signing your own death warrant.”
