    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for March 16th reveal Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) has some explaining to do. But will he be honest? Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is about to learn a downside to her relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). We’ll also see Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) getting closer to an edge while Cameron Webber (William Lipton) tries to make Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) see reason. Here’s what you need to know.

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Nina gets a reality check. In the promo, Sonny informs Nina, “There was an incident last night.” We know she’s aware of the reputation Sonny has, and what he gets involved in.

    However, we have a feeling knowing he almost died will shake her and might make her do some soul-searching about the relationship. We’d imagine it’d be hard for someone not to when faced with the dangers of this new world she’s connected to.

    Elsewhere, it seems Spencer’s anger builds. We know from last time, he was worked up over his baby brother and how Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is basically getting a do-over after the harm she caused. It seems Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) might be the unlucky outlet for Spencer’s emotions.

    In the promo, he asks Spencer, “What do you think I’m lying to Sonny about?” It’s sad that Spencer can still see through all this better than some of Sonny’s people. He could end up being the key to helping save Sonny, should Dex follow through with the plan.

    In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Cameron’s trying to be a good friend to Joss, despite the hurt she caused him. However, we’re not quite sure she’ll see it that way when he continues to hammer home what she’s getting mixed up in.

    In the promo, he asks, “Why do guards trail after you? That is your future.” The big question is, will Joss tell the truth about what Dex is up to, or will she keep quiet and get defensive? We’ll see.

    Finally, there’s Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). She and Gregory were willing to call a truce last time and talk things out. However, it might not last long.

    Following his stumble, things will get worse and she’ll ask, “if you’re not drunk, why are you slurring your words?” If he doesn’t tell her the truth, we think Alexis is going to search it out for herself.
