‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers are ready for some intrigue coming up in this episode, and we have a feeling it’s going to be pretty fun as it could mean Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is returning.
Of course, this is pure speculation on our part as there’s been no official word of his return, but it feels like a possibility with Ava Jerome (Maura West) apparently getting an offer for Spoon Island.
There’s plenty of wiggle room here as it could be another returning character or someone new that’s going to step into the fun life in Port Charles, but there’s a paper trail we think leads to Nikolas.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Transferring funds
“General Hospital” Spoilers have been curious as to what Nikolas has been planning ever since his Geneva banker told Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that he’s withdrawing large sums of money.
They never said how much, but since he has access to at least part of the Cassadine fortune, we assume it’s a lot.
This would make sense if he’s setting up a home in another country and wants to remain under the radar like he’s done before, or putting the money in a dummy corporation so it’s more difficult to track it when he does spend it.
This is where our imagination start to take over a little as we can see him attempting to buy by Spoon Island after he signed it over to Ava so he can claim his spot at the top of the Cassadine hierarchy.
Not that anyone will be impressed with his return, though Ava may have a few words for him.
And we’re sure he’ll threaten her in some way. After all, he had no problem tormenting her about her daughter when she was in a fragile mental state, so why wouldn’t he hold her attack over her head to force her to stay with him?
Maybe he’ll push her of the parapet and onto the bounce house for old time’s sake?

It also appears that Ava won’t know who’s making the offer to buy Spoon Island, which gives us reason to suspect it’s Nikolas doing so under an assumed name of a dummy company like we mentioned above.
This would be a not-so-pleasant surprise for Ava, and we’re curious how things will play out. Assuming we are right and Nikolas is the one doing the buying.
Of course, there are always other options at play but this feels like the most likely to us.
