Just when ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers started to like Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) again, she goes full hypocrite and does the exact same thing she did when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) called her about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) being in Nixon Falls.

Granted, we didn’t expect her to forgive Nina when she apologized for everything, but being gracious would’ve been nice to stop they cycle.

Instead, Carly did what she does best: go on the attack and forget her part in things.

Some things and people just don’t change

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Embracing the hate

Some people just need to keep arguing no matter what. it’s like a drug they need to feel like they’re accomplishing something.

Sometimes, we move beyond wanting to always fight and be angry. But not everyone wants to move out of their loathing period.

The funny thing is, Carly talks about moving on but she can’t. She refuses to after watching her cult of blind worshippers leave her and start to like and appreciate Nina.

Yes, Nina kept Sonny from her, but only after she called Carly to tell her and Carly jumped to the wrong conclusion and went on the attack, making sure Nina couldn’t get a word in.

Then when Nina saw an opportunity, she turned Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into the SEC for insider trading, which they were guilty of and Drew threw himself on his sword and offered to give away his daughter’s future to help Carly.

Yet, Carly’s the victim because Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) are loving Nina instead of hating her.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Everyone needs to move on

Probably the worst of the lot is her and others blaming Nina for taking the Metro Court from her when Nina did no such thing. She bought it and tried to give it back to Carly to help out and Carly refused.

It’s a never ending cycle and it’ll only ramp up on Carly’s end when she learns Nina turned her and Drew in. ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers doubt there will be much change in her character as she’s as set in stone as possible, so she’ll go on the attack once more.

But this time, she may not have everyone in her corner like she expects. While Willow will be upset and pull back, she could understand.

Though we doubt that since she has a habit of following cult leaders since she was raised in them, but maybe this time will be different?

As for Sonny, there’s a good chance he’ll be angry with her for what she did and then not telling him, but his love for her could sway him to remain passive in it.

In the end, it’ll be a contest between whether Sonny and Willow’s anger with Nina will be more than their love, and that’s where Carly could find herself on the outside looking in.

Will Carly ever end the cycle or will she and Nina continue sparing until the end of time? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
