‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will finally realize that she was snowed by her “bestie” Ava Jerome (Maura West).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava Is Up to No Good
Ava is obviously up to no good with the spell she has on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). He doesn’t know better than to trust Ava because his medication has been tampered with.
The martini-drinking minx is playing a dangerous game with Sonny’s medication. She knows he’s not on the correct dosage, but she has yet to explain this to Sonny.
Ava took Sonny’s bipolar medicine to try to sleep (who does that?), and they did nothing for her. She wanted to know if there was something wrong with the pills, so she had them tested and discovered that Sonny was not getting enough of his medicine.
Of course, Nina doesn’t know that yet, but spoilers indicate that this week, Nina confronts Ava over her deception. Ava told Nina that Sonny would be “deeply moved” if she sold half of the hotel to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Sonny hasn’t kept Nina in the loop, and Nina didn’t get the memo that Sonny and Jason were not on good terms, as Ava intentionally misled her.
Nina watched in horror as Sonny raged against Jason and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at the Metro Court. Ava was as loyal as a Golden Retriever (but looked more like a designer poodle) standing by Sonny’s side. The look she shot at Ava spoke volumes.
Nina knows Ava is purposefully trying to sabotage what’s left of her marriage to Sonny, but she doesn’t understand why.
She’s going to lash out at Ava for manipulating her, but she needs to dig a little deeper to find out what Ava’s endgame really is.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: “The Enemy of My Enemy Is My Friend”
Nina can play just as dirty as Ava, and she decides to bring Carly into the mix. Spoilers reveal that this week, Nina will go to Carly to talk about her concerns about Ava and her motives for Sonny.
Nina’s not about to let another woman take her man. Carly and Nina still despise each other and always will, but they will unite against Ava’s schemes.
The soon-to-be ex-Mrs. Corinthos suspects that Ava has an ulterior motive with Sonny. She will ask Carly to help her figure out exactly what it is.
We all know this is not Ava’s first involvement in a well-orchestrated medication switch. Ava messed with Morgan Corinthos‘s (Bryan Craig) meds.
Ava is indirectly responsible for Morgan’s death because when she tampered with his medicine, he went off the rails and ended up in Julian Jerome‘s (William DeVry) car when a bomb killed him.
Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) planted the bomb in Julian’s car, hoping to kill him, but Morgan was the actual casualty. It took years for Sonny to co-parent with Ava for their daughter, Avery Jerome-Corinthos’s (Ava Scarola) sake.
Carly realizes how strange it is that Ava stays at Sonny’s penthouse, and she agrees to help Nina. Even though Ava’s not the one who tampered with Sonny’s medicine, she may be blamed for doing so.
