‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 22 reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is furious. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) have it out. We’ll also see Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) confronting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, April 22: Backstabber!
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Nina got a reality check when she overheard Sonny freaking out about the sale of the Metro Court. Now, she’ll want to know how long Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) been playing her for a fool.
If she believes a word out of Ava’s mouth right now, we’ll add her to the list of characters the writers stole IQ points from. If anyone would know about the state of Sonny’s relationship with Jason, it would be Ava. She lives with him, and they’ve been spending a lot of time together.
So, we can’t imagine any reasonable excuse Ava can come up with to make this obvious sabotage seem innocent. With any luck, this will lead Nina to do some digging and find out more about what Ava is hiding.
At this point, Sonny needs someone to learn the full truth. He already had a lot going against him with all the hits he’s taken lately. Add in the med switch, and he’s heading for a major meltdown soon. And possibly worse.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, April 22: Face off
Speaking of Sonny, he and Carly have it out. Sonny thinks “that” is proof Jason is working against him. We assume he’s referring to the Metro Court sale that set him off last time.
With the combination of all the lies already told and bad meds, it’s no wonder Sonny is seeing this as proof of a larger conspiracy on Jason and Carly’s part. We wouldn’t be surprised if he eventually accuses Carly and Jason of trying to steal the business from him.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, April 22: Warning
In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Sam tells Jason to stay away from Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). Sam asks Jason how he could do “this” to their son. Now, unless something else happens between Jason discovering Danny in his place and this scene, we have to side with Jason here.
It’s not like he called Danny and invited him over. The kid snuck in and Jason caught him. How is Jason supposed to control that? And we imagine Jason not calling Sam to tell her what was going on. Not after the way she nailed him for the boathouse situation.
