General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 8 reveal Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) has a bit of a regret. Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is in a bad spot. Plus, who was involved in that crash? Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 8: Regrets
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Gio wishes Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) had been in the audience. We guess he’s regretting keeping a bit quiet about the Charlie’s open mic night. But Brook Lynn’s appearance in that clip lets us know she likely wasn’t involved in the Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner)/Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) crash. She doesn’t look like she was involved in some traumatic event at all.
They tried. That shot of the glass being set down before she left was supposed to make us think she was driving drunk. However, Brook Lynn didn’t appear at all to be drunk. For sure, not enough for her to show up at Charlie’s like nothing happened.

In other news, Lulu thinks she needs to take Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to the ER. This makes it look like Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) was involved in the crash and that’s why he didn’t arrive to tend to Rocco. However, that’s not likely either. General Hospital spoilers tease Isaiah agrees to keep a secret. So, it definitely sounds like he got there before Lulu was able to leave for the emergency room and he was suspicious of that wound.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 8: Days numbered?
As for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), she promises to do what Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) wants. However, things might not go as she hopes. There’s a clip where Sidwell wants to get rid of someone immediately. So, we’re guessing this might be Britt. We’ll see. If it is, this will definitely test how corrupt Fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) really is.

Finally, this is likely the thing to end any speculation about the car crash. It’s pretty clear that the car that was involved in that crash belonged to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). She was taking Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) on a drive, and he did say he wanted to go fast. Why do we say that?
Because Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets a phone call and asks, “What’s wrong?” Since we know she and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be driving somewhere, we assume it’s to Charlotte and Danny’s aid. We can’t think of anything else that would get those two to take such a huge risk with the WSB still looking for him.
