General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, July 22 reveal Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets news. Meanwhile, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) offers support. Plus, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is all about the big day. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, July 22: Escalation
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Laura gets disturbing information. Since Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) makes an announcement, we assume that will be the cause of Laura’s issue. And it will lead to a conversation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), where he says if she doesn’t do something, he will. Is he ready to throw himself on the sword, so to speak, to help Laura? We’ll see.
As for that announcement and disturbing news, this could also connect to another teaser. It seems Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) shares his suspicions. There is a scene with the Acting DA and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) where they’re talking about treating something as an abduction. Since Sidwell didn’t seem ready to do what Sonny said, we wonder if Lucas has gone to the PCPD himself instead of hoping that Sidwell will do the right thing for his son. And an accusation of abduction would be disturbing for Laura and could possibly create an issue between her and Sonny.
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, July 22: Go down swinging
In other news, Isaiah encourages Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Because he’s apparently GH’s resident shoulder to lean on. In any event, he encourages her to go down swinging. So we assume she’s going to share a little bit of what’s been going on and what she’s planning to do with him. Stay tuned to find out of Isaiah will ever get his own story…
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, July 22: disaster awaits… hopefully
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal we’re counting down to disaster. Well, hopefully! See, Willow says is all excited about her wedding to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), She tells Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), “Tomorrow, I become Mrs. Drew Cain.” We know Elizabeth has been one of the few people she’s had a somewhat friendly relationship with since all the Drew mess started. But we are hoping that at this point, Elizabeth will be concerned about Willow making it official.
On a funny side note, we have to give props to whoever chose the clips for this promo and edited it. Right after Willow makes that declaration, the scene cuts to Tracy telling someone, “That is never going to happen.” We know she’s mouthing off to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), mostly likely. But, still, it feels like a little foreshadowing.
