First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Drew has definitely made a lot of enemies, and the writing has been on the wall for a bit now. Drew has sunk to some real lows of late. Over the past week or two, we’ve watched multiple characters openly threaten his life, including Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). And, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made two comments about Drew getting what he deserves. So, it was only a matter of time before someone took matters into their own hands.
In the weekly promo, we see Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) hard at work on a new investigation: Who shot Drew? She’ll discuss the situation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who will remind Anna there is a long list of people with motive to take out Drew. She’ll want to know who is at the top of said list. That would be a bit difficult to say, in our opinion. Let’s take a look at the possibilities.

First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was, as far as we remember, the first one to make any kind of threat. He’d pulled a real classless move by luring her to a dinner she thought would be about compromising for Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) sake. Instead, he sat back and watched as she was served with a restraining order and he seemed to enjoy it.
Also, we have Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). She also had a confrontation with Drew that ended in a threat after she caught him having a meal with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen. She was upset that Willow was even giving him a chance at all, and then she really got angry when he lied to Willow about her being the one that so desperately wanted to hide the affair he and Nina had.
We’ve also got Carly, who was furious at how he talked to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). And let’s not forget Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), whose aunt is facing prison time because a vengeful Drew decided to use her to hurt him. And that’s not counting all the people he’s hurt, including Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who have not openly threatened his life.

Personally, we’re getting a kick out of commenters saying it could be Scout. When we saw the obvious set up to a shooting or murder start, we had joked that another soap shooting would end with a child being the culprit. In DOOL’s case, it was Rachel Black (Alice Halsey), who accidently shot her uncle while trying to scare him into revealing her missing grandmother’s whereabouts.
In Scout’s case, we can see a similar motivation. He’s broken promise after promise to her about visiting the Quartermaine estate. And now he won’t even let her see her brothers or anyone else connected to her mother. Plus, he’s planning to completely uproot her life by moving to DC. Will Scout end up being the one? Maybe not. But whoever it is, going by fans comments, the guilty character is going to be fan favorite for years to come.
