General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 16 reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is still wary. Meanwhile, Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is a little wary. Plus, Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) fate might actually be revealed. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 16: Doubts
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal the doubts remain strong. It seems Dante asks Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) how far he’d go to protect Willow. Now, we obviously know he’s innocent of getting rid of that camera footage. That was Jack Brennan (Chris Mckenna). And Chase is clearly going to defend himself against such accusations. However, we still think it’s a fair question. Chase has had tunnel vision when it comes to Willow and her innocence. And he goes on enough about not being able to take injustice to justify questions. We’ll see if his career recovers from this mess. And we’re still eagerly waiting for his reaction to Willow’s inevitable outing.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 16: Aftermath
Elsewhere, Gio and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) ended up taking their romance to the next level. And despite her assurances beforehand, we wonder if Gio is worried about instant regret. He’ll ask Emma if she has second thoughts. Personally, we don’t see her doing that. She’ll reassure him and their romance will continue.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 16: Confrontation
In other General Hospital spoilers, things get tense for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will confront her about the closing statement as the verdict gets closer. She’ll say, “Willow can get away with everything. How is that justice?” We’re sure Alexis will really appreciate that, as she’s already feeling the guilt but didn’t know what else she could actually do.
Plus, we think Trina and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) are just as much to blame as anyone for this. They were the ones who kept silent. Not to mention, they decided Willow’s own attorney was the best person to expose this. We know what they say about hindsight, but this was handled all wrong and we hope they learn from this later.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 16: Tease?
Finally, we think we’re being set up. In the promo, Willow tells someone, “The jury is in.” Now, we don’t doubt that this will happen since there’s obviously a clip. But we’re not at all convinced we’re actually going to see the verdict. This just screams cliffhanger for the following week.
