‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for November 6th reveal there’s big drama between Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Plus, we’ll see a focus on the whole Anna Devane/Alexandra “Alex” Marick (Finola Hughes) situation, as well as a disappointment for Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 6: Ultimatum
First ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate Sam’s possibly forced into a hard-core “tough love” thing. In the promo, Sam vows she will never let Alexis around her kids again. Now, we could just say this is because she learns Alexis has continued/gotten worse with her drinking.
However, the wording “again” and the tone of voice makes us wonder. Is it possible she did let Alexis around the kids and it went wrong in some way? Stay tuned to find out.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 6: Switch continues—sort of
Elsewhere, Anna tells Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) he’s the best chance they have. This definitely refers to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Or at least, points to it. The last time we saw him, Alex showed up while he was on the phone with Anna. That could definitely lead to a slip on his part that would send Alex on the attack. However, it might not be that simple.
It does look like he gets away from Alex, because a promo clip shows him grab Maxie and say they need to go right now. However, we know from the teasers that Robert will be too late. So that points to a possible kidnapping plot.

In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, it looks like Lulu’s big story is anything but to Peter August (Wes Ramsey). He tells Lulu there’s no way he can publish this. So, he’ll suggest a new angle for her story. We can’t think of anything he’s suggest that Lulu will accept.
Not when she is so determined to do something about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Will she have to make a choice? Something that possibly leads in to Rylan’s exit? We’ll see.

Also, there’s the Jeromes. Ava Jerome (Maura West) wonders why she has the feeling Julian Jerome (William deVry) got the worst of “it”. Likely talking about this deal with Cyrus. She gives him a little sisterly advice, which we can’t help but think will be to get out of dodge.
She already knows a bit about Cyrus and she knows Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is on high alert. With him leaving, it definitely seems the logical choice. Unless, of course, they decide to kill him off by Sonny’s hand, or as a casualty in the mob war.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 6: Secrets and spies?
Finally, Sonny warns, “I have to tell Carly you’re alive.” He’s obviously talking to Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews). We can’t help but wonder if he finds out that Julian talked to him and that forces his hand. Because it would definitely make sense to keep those in the know to a minimum.
Finally, Jason approaches Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and she wonders if Jason’s paying her a compliment. Sounds to us like he could be feeling her out for any information about Renault.
