‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) isn’t the innocent woman that she pretends to be. As a matter of fact, there’s heavy speculation that Kim might be taking advantage of Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) for her own selfish reasons. After all, she knows that Franco is not Drew Cain (Billy Miller) yet is playing along with him anyway. Here’s what you need to know.
Sure, Kim has had a very difficult year. She lost her son Oscar and now there’s a strong possibility that the real Drew might be dead. However, Franco thinks that he is Drew, seeing how he has Drew’s memories inside his brain. It’s a complicated matter, but something we have definitely seen before in Port Charles.

For Kim Nero, all she wants to do is return things to the way they once were in the past. She misses her old life and the life she had with Oscar and Drew. That’s why she’s trying to hold on to Franco, even if that means she is falling in love with a man that happens to belong to her best friend, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
In the most recent episodes, Kim and Franco have been getting very up close and personal to the point that some people believe that Kim might be selfishly taking advantage of him. She’s not in love with her best friend’s husband. She’s in love with a man who thinks he is Drew Cain. And it’s becoming more and more of a problem.
