‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveals that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is going to have to keep his views about Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to himself. He is not going to be able to tell Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) about her mother-in-law.
He wants Sasha to know what kind of woman Gladys is in order to protect Sasha, but that is now not going to be possible.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Accusation of Theft
GH’s Gladys Corbin was able to plant her bracelet in Cody’s pocket and then accused him of stealing it. The PCPD and the insurance investigators looked into the case and Cody was arrested. He never stole anything though and has been working to try to clear his name of the charges.
He tries to confront Gladys about the charges to get her to drop them. Cody and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) try to shake Gladys up saying they have some cell phone data that shows that it had to have been her. She doesn’t believe them though and starts arguing with them about the situation.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Unwelcome Arrival?
As Gladys and Cody are arguing by the pool at the Metro Court pool, GH’s Selina Wu (Lydia Look) shows up. She tells Spinelli to take a hike because she wants to resolve this issue with Gladys and Cody.
She tells Gladys that she needs to go ahead and clear Cody’s name. When Gladys argues that she can’t, Selina shows her how she can go about absolving him.
When Gladys heads to the bar, Selina warns Cody to be very careful. He can’t take on arguments like that with her clients. He works for her and needs to keep that under wraps. She threatens his life, telling him he has to be very cautious.
Cody is in a tough spot now. Gladys owes Selina money and is going to need to keep getting money from Sasha’s trust fund. There is no way that Selina is going to be okay with not getting paid.
If Cody messes that up for Selina by warning Sasha, it is going to be bad news for everyone. Cody is not going to be able to be the friend that he really should be because he has to protect Selina’s interests.
