General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava is about to experience a vacation straight out of hell. Even though she is now head over heels in love with Ryan, she will soon find out that he’s not the man that she thinks he is – quite literally and figuratively, too.
General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Is About To Have A Vacation From Hell
Apparently, Ryan is planning to whisk Ava away to Niagara Falls for a quick getaway after the two make things official between them. Little does she know that her long-time nemesis, Carly Corinthos has been kidnapped and dumped in the back of the trunk for the ride.

Ryan, meanwhile, thinks that he is doing Ava a favor. He knows just how much Ava hates Carly and wants to give her the gift of killing her longtime nemesis. But will Ava actually do it? General Hospital spoilers indicate that the tables will soon turn on Ryan and when they do, he might end up facing someone who is much more dangerous than he is. That person just happens to be the one woman he is most infatuated with.

Seeing how Ava and Carly might find themselves in a similar situation, there’s a strong possibility that the two women might end up working together to get rid of Ryan Chamberlain, once and for all. While there might never be a relationship between them, they might very well work together for a common cause. There’s always a chance that Ava can finally take matters into her own hands by killing Ryan herself. And if she does, that will mostly be out of revenge for killing her daughter, Kiki Jerome. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
