    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for August 23rd reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) turns elsewhere for help. Meanwhile, we’ll see Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) stressing. Plus, we’re finally getting some answers about this mystery boss. Maybe. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 23: Friendly advice

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Anna meets with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). We’re guessing, given their friendship, she’ll want to talk through everything that’s been going on with Jordan. Get some insight that’s relatively fresh before she makes any decisions.

    We’re sure Jordan will be just as concerned about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) lie as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was. But we do believe Jordan will help Anna get straight how she wants to handle this.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 23: Worries

    Elsewhere, Carly urges Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). We assume she’ll still be on him about helping Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) before and what the consequences could be.

    In the promo, she asks Drew, “Doesn’t that put you in even more danger?” We think Drew is in a no-win situation here, because nothing he says will likely make her feel better.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 23: Mystery solved?

    In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, we’ve been hearing about this uber-scary boss pulling Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) strings and bringing Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) along for the ride. It seems we might finally have confirmation that it’s Cyrus.

    Austin was supposed to deliver the goods on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to the boss. And where does Austin end up? At Pentonville, supposedly there to treat Cyrus following his heart attack.

    In the promo, Cyrus says, “It’s so nice to see you again.” Austin, however, doesn’t appear to agree with that! In the promo, he says, “I have more than paid off my debt. I want out.”

    We have a feeling it’s not going to be that easy. We also think there could be more to it. In the last episode, Mason was meeting with someone. By the tone of his voice and mannerisms, it seemed like someone above him.

    Plus, given everything we’ve seen recently with Cyrus’ religious experience, is he really looking to do bad things? Or is he more looking to atone for sins by taking down a fellow sinner? We’ll see.

    Finally, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has chosen a great time to get a conscience. In the promo, she demands to know what Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) has done to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

    Too bad she didn’t worry about that when she saw Sasha completely lose it and stab someone. Or when she was too busy doing other things to bother with Ferncliff’s phone calls.

    Or using the law as a weapon against Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to keep him from learning Sasha isn’t deserving of a stay in Ferncliff. Wake us up when Gladys gets her payback, because we’re over any possible “concern” she’ll have already.
