‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) finally believes that she has the answer about who is trying to kill her. Is she right? Will she be able to take care of this problem?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Someone Is a Target
Recently, shots rang out across the courtyard of the Metro Court pool. A bullet hit Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Investigation uncovered that the bullet that hit him ricocheted and lodged in his back.
Since he was hit by a stray bullet, investigators believe that the bullet was meant for someone else. It doesn’t appear that Curtis was the target, but actually was just very unlucky.
The question was, who was the target? Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was in the courtyard as was Anna Devane. Both of them have enemies, and it is difficult to know who the bullets were actually meant for.
As the investigation proceeds, clues point to Anna as the likely target. Authorities found the room from which the shooter took their shots and found the gun there. The gun they found at the scene should have been locked up with the WSB.
Anna Devane used to work for the WSB, or the World Security Bureau. Anna is now in danger because news was leaked to the press that she acted as a double-agent. Someone even spray painted the word “Murder” across the front door of her house. Someone does want to do her harm.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Working It Out
Anna’s idea has been to set herself up as bait to catch her killer. She told Sonny and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she doesn’t want to just sit around, waiting for someone to take their next shot. She wants to set up a trap to catch her killer.
While she hasn’t done that yet, she has been trying to work out who could have it in for her. As she looks for connections, she finds that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stewart) is at the center of it all.
Anna remembers being debriefed by the WSB after the situation in Greenland. The agent that was interviewing her had a Pikeman logo on his briefcase.
Pikeman Security Group is an organization that approached Sonny about using his facilities to move their classified merchandise through Port Charles without the interference of government or law enforcement. Valentin was acting as their intermediary to secure Sonny’s help.
Anna has been romantically involved with Valentin, but has he been keeping up a relationship with her just to keep an eye on her? Is he actually the villain behind the scenes? What do you think?
