‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) has been praying. She also is faithfully sitting vigil by Bo Brady‘s (Peter Reckell) bedside, waiting for him to come out of his coma.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Shawn Douglas Put Bo In A Coma
In Bo’s most recent “death,” he had an inoperable brain tumor. He died in 2015 when he collapsed and died in Hope’s arms in the same place they shared their first kiss.
When he died, He was trapped in the afterlife and couldn’t find his way back to Hope. He kept trying to go back to be with his “Fancy Face.”

He eventually woke up in a DiMera lab, and he was being held there by Meghan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson), who kept him in a cryogenic chamber.
Bo ran into Hope but didn’t remember their epic love story. She tried to appeal to him by saying the names of his children and grandchildren, but it wasn’t working. He insisted he couldn’t be “the man he’s meant to be with Hope in the picture.”
That’s when Bo threatened to kill her at gunpoint. Hope said there was no way that Meghan’s brainwashing could erase his memories of her.
The moment Bo remembered their love, Hope and Bo’s son, Shawn Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer), shot Bo because he believed Bo was about to harm Hope, which is how he ended up in this condition.
Hope missed her father’s Doug Williams‘s (Bill Hayes) funeral because Bo had moved his fingers when she told him that Doug had passed away.

“Fancy Face” didn’t want to take the chance that Bo could wake up without her being there. Actress Kristian Alfonso explained in a recent interview that there had been a scheduling conflict. Days had to come up with a reason why Hope would miss the memorial service of her beloved father.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Hope Is Waiting For Bo To Come Back To Her
Hope showed up to comfort and support Doug’s grief-stricken wife, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She will be a calming presence for the family as they mourn the loss of Salem’s cherished patriarch.

She also warned Doug’s grandson, Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer), which would have made Bo proud.
Hope said she was very protective of Julie, and if he hurt her in any way, she’d be back but wouldn’t be as friendly this time.
And with that, she’s on her way back to her comatose husband. While Bo’s official return to the soap won’t be until May 2025, it would be wonderful if he could wake up for Christmas.
It would be the miracle she’s wanted for so long. He’s already moved his finger, and it won’t be long before he shows other signs of awakening.
Hope is waiting for Bo to wake up and come back to her. Hope admitted to Julie that she gets enthusiastic every time she realizes she will see Bo and commented that their connection was not unlike Doug and Julie’s connection, as both couples have loved each other for a lifetime.
Bo and Hope are the loves of each other’s lives, and hopefully, Hope gets her Christmas miracle, and Bo opens his eyes.
