Xander has made it no secret that he is absolutely infatuated with the beautiful brunette and despite the fact that he is not the biological father of the baby, he is willing to help Sarah with everything she might possibly need.

With that said, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that Xander Cook will have a very hard time hiding the truth about the baby daddy from Eric, who sooner or later is going to suspect that something is up. Plus, Nicole has proven to everyone that she has a conscious. She doesn’t feel comfortable being with Eric knowing that Sarah is raising his baby on her own.
So, does this mean that Sarah and Eric Brady will end up together? Logistically speaking, it would make sense for them to try to make things work. Plus, Nicole and Xander do have a lot in common despite Nicole wanting nothing to do with him.
