‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, August 6 indicate that Ted Laurent (Giles Marini) knew things were not going to go well for him in yesterday’s episode when a gun was pulled on him. So instead of running or ducking, or doing the thing a normal human would do, he decided he’d try and play Superman and try and stop the speeding bullet instead by grabbing the gun. Clearly, he failed.
Now, thanks to Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) he is dead on the floor. Kristen tries to get rid of the evidence but it seems someone will interrupt that mission. Justice is not swift and sure, however, no siree Bob! Kristen somehow manages to throw this someone off her trail and continue her evil schemes without getting caught – yet.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Stefan needs a good luck charm, fast!
Meanwhie, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is just not having a good week. First there was the kidnapping charges he was facing, and now he’ll face charges for Ted’s murder! Why? It seems there’s opportunity to be had when he ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time, and accidentally ends up finding Tony’s gun – and touching it!
He is unfortunately caught with the murder weapon which won’t help matters and then he’ll promptly be arrested. Geeze, this poor guy. You gotta feel sorry for him, first he’s charged with kidnapping, then he finds out his new wife was just out to screw him over and get all his stuff, now he’s going to jail for murder one? Somebody get this guy a rabbit’s foot! He needs it!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Eli accepts Jack’s offer
Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will formally accept Jack Deveraux‘s (Matthew Ashford) job offer to be the Salem Police Commissioner. He will assure him that unlike Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) he will run a tight ship, and there’ll be no funny business and he can forget about bribes because Eli don’t play that. Jack will actually be relieved by that statement (Wait, is that a shade of the old Jack that we used to know shining through? Oh! I knew you were in there somewhere!), and he’ll move forward knowing that Salem is finally in good hands.
Days of Our Lives: Rex and Xander bond? What?
It looks like Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will bond over drinks? Seems they’re both in love with the same woman, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and can’t have her because she is in love with Eric Brady. (Greg Vaughan) Well, this is just downright awkward, isn’t it? They say misery makes for strange bedfellows, but seriously what will this little bonding session culminate in? Stay tuned!
