‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers for Thursday, October 24th 2019 indicate that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will be having a hard time at the funeral of hubby Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). She’ll be standing at Stefan’s casket, recounting the wonderful life that they could’ve shared and then she’ll make a vow to avenge his death by ruining Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) happily ever after with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). How will Gabi accomplish this? Who knows. But hell hath no fury like Gabi scorned. Watch your back, Lani.

Meanwhile, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will have settled in to watch TV with Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and they will have ended up falling asleep together. He’ll wake up beside her and his feelings will continue to be rather mixed about what’s going on between them. Kristen wants to attend Stefan’s funeral, but Brady might advise against it with Kristen pregnant and all. He worries that the stress may be too much for her and the baby. While Kristen will definitely appreciate his concern, she’ll maintain that Stefan was her brother and even though they had a pretty complicated sibling relationship and didn’t really know each other all that well, she’ll still want to go to his funeral.

After a romantic night with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) will wake up to find him gone! For a moment she’ll wonder if the real Jack really has returned or if it’s just a really cruel dream. Fortunately for her, the real Jack is back and he’s over at Horton House trying to locate her old engagement ring and he’ll even pick up her favorite breakfast of blueberry scones as a little peace offering for any rankled feelings that may’ve been caused by his sudden departure.

Turns out those scones will be extra important because one in particular will have Jennifer Horton‘s engagement ring in it! When she breaks open the scone is when Jack will pull the most adorable move ever and ask her to marry him. Jennifer will be only too happy to accept and they’ll rhapsodize over the rest of their happy days they’re going to spend together… but if we’re familiar with how Salem works and we are, then we know that this happiness is going to be kind of shortlived… the best laid plans and all.
