‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will soon experience, that old, familiar feeling. That’s because Stefano DiMera (Stephen Nichols) is hiding out at Kate’s place when Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) comes for a visit. Stefano will hear that Marlena will be at the Christmas celebration at the hospital. That’s when she tries to come up with a plan. Stephen Nichols, who plays the new Stefano on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “Stefano says it best, ‘I can hardly believe my Queen of the Night was just here. I heard her voice; I saw her face. It took everything in my power not to reach out to her.”

And here’s what happens next: at the gathering, Stefano will be able to sneak a gift into Marlena’s purse. It’s an onyx brooch that she will find to be very family. Stephan further explains, “Black onyx was significant in Stefano and Marlena’s past. To prepare her for his revealing himself. And where Marlena is concerned, he is willing to take chances. He just can’t help himself.”

Meanwhile, Kayla Brady will take a closer look at this Santa who has showed up to the hospital and the two will share a moment. In fact, they will look each other in the eye and Kayla will realize that he is someone that she most definitely recognizes from her past.
