‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for July 12th reveal Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) makes her choice, but who will it be? Meanwhile, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) is backed into a corner, and he’s got a secret weapon to fight back.
Plus, we’ll see Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) possibly saying goodbye to Salem. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For July 12: Decision time
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Wendy was called out by her scheming brother. While she still is furious and disappointed in him, apparently the conversation struck a chord. On July 12th, she’ll make her choice between Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams).
Based on future teasers, we think Tripp is going to be the victor here. As much as we like Johnny, we can’t say we disagree with this, should it be the case.
Every time he turns around, there’s another crisis involving Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) that pulls him away from Wendy. We think the Soap Gods are sending a message here.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For July 12: Dirty tactics
In other ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, Shawn got caught drinking on the job. So now Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) wants his job. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), however opted for a slightly less severe approach by suspending Shawn. Not that Shawn will appreciate that.
The weekly promo shows him calling out Rafe’s relationship with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). We’re curious how Shawn knows, but the fact he will use this to likely try coercing Rafe into changing his mind speaks volumes.
He’s not even remotely in control and needs serious help. But will this situation actually make an impression at some point? We’ll see.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For July 12: Busy day
Elsewhere, it seems Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will get visits from two people July 12th. One will be Tripp, and we assume he’ll be there to share his good news. The other will be Jada.
Will she want to know everything Black Patch dug up to try figuring out how Abe Carver (James Reynolds) supposedly met a tragic fate? We’ll see.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For July 12: Help wanted
Finally, Harris was somewhat easily deprogrammed by Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). After the last time, Harris is understandably worried the deprogramming might not stick, so he wants to be institutionalized for his safety and everyone else’s.
We think this is a way to write the character out either temporarily or permanently. We can’t help but think this is anti-climatic and lazy, given two other characters were also written out with stints at Bayview.
