‘Days of our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers have found that DOOL head writer, Ron Carlivati is spilling the beans about Kristen’s next move.
It’s hard to imagine that Kristen has many moves to make, considering she is currently stuck on the inside of Statesville Prison after attempting to murder Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). But Carlivati warns not to count Kristen out just yet. “If we know one thing about Kristen, it’s that where there’s a will — let alone one as strong as hers — there might be a way,” he teased.
But what is it that has Kristen so hell-bent on getting herself out of jail? Is she desperate to see her daughter, Rachel again?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Jealous Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) out of prison and into Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) business.
Does she need to be by beau, Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) side to help him heal from the misdirected gunshot wound he suffered at the hands of a mobster? No, Kristen’s driving force is pure, unadulterated jealousy.
Carlivati continued, “Brady’s love life is complicated at the moment. While he’s very much in love with Kristen, and she has grown as a person over the years, I think most of Salem would say he’s out of his mind to be with her.”
On the other hand, Chloe and Brady reuniting would make far more sense to everyone. And Kristen can see the exes sparking again, too.
“As she was being taken back to prison, Kristen warned Chloe that this wasn’t over,” Carlivati reminded us. “And if looks could kill, Chloe would have been lying dead on the floor in front of the nurses station.”
While she blames Chloe, who also blames herself for Brady being shot, it was the seething jealousy left over from Brady and Chloe’s ‘friendly’ New Years kiss that brought out the vengeance in Kristen. Then, of course, Kristen discovered Brady lied about not being with Chloe seconds before he was shot.
“Now,” Carlivati adds, “Kristen is desperately trying to figure out how she can reinsert herself back into that situation.” But how is that meant to happen with Kristen stuck behind bars?
Sure, Kristen has very recently proven that the prison security has some…er…flaws, but this time she may want to stay out of the klink for more than half an hour. In that case I have two words for you. Susan Banks (also Stacy Haiduk).
With Kristen’s doppleganger Susan Banks heading back to Salem to visit bedridden Brady and to offer Ben a psychic message about Ciara, we have to put 2 and 2 together. If Kristen’s resolve is as strong as Carlivati claims, she must come up with a pretty fantastic scheme to switch places with Susan, allowing herself fly on the wall access to Brady and Chloe’s interactions.
So this Susan/Kristen switch is all speculation so far, and I could be way off. But if I am, Days may want to hit me up for some new storylines. Call me Mr. Carlivati!
