    ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Gina gets desperate

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal Princess Gina’s time is up. Last week, a DiMera-afilliated tech guy worked his magic on a damning video. When the image appeared, we never got to see what it revealed. However, it’s not hard to guess. We saw Gina push Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) ourselves. Also, Abigail Deveraux’s (Kate Mansi) shocked look spoke volumes. So, what’s next? And how are they handling the story? Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Desperate times

    So, it’s obvious that Princess Gina’s going to have some tricky stuff to do today if she’s going avoid lock up. Abigail is likely to get over her shock and sound the alarm. Gina’s already got Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) suspicious. And that was before he heard her talking about leaving the country. So, it’s likely he’ll delay her enough to let that happen. We’re expecting her to pull a desperate move to get away in time. Especially since it’s possible she’s on her own…

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Cutting his losses?

    So, Gina’s tried more than once to get Stefano DiMera (Stephen Nichols) to help. So far, no reply’s come. We can’t help but wonder if Stefano’s realized she’s too much trouble. She was pushy with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay), she insulted his love, and she’s had at least one warning to watch her step. He might decide that this situation is too hot to get mixed up in. Of course, that said, the show will probably pull out a last-minute save by him. But it really would serve her right if he left her high and dry.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: What she deserves

    Let’s count the many stupid moves she’s made. First, she’s slipped in her Hope Brady (Alfonso) act a few times. Second, she actually stuck around instead of leaving after she put on that coughing fit as an excuse to leave the room. Third, she actually left a voicemail rather than texting Stefano. Detailing her need to flee the country. In the middle of the Salem-freaking-PD. Is she serious? That was a spectacularly bad move. It’s looking as though she’s as effective as her lookalike.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Kudos

    Now, we know that Princess Gina is not the most popular. Honestly, she wore on us big-time while they dragged out the Stefano reveal. Still, we have to say we’re enjoying Alfonso’s portrayal of her much more than Hope. The Friday, December 13th episode was a great example. She did great with the mounting tension on Gina’s part as the tech guy came in. The transition to full-on panic and desperation was great as well. We’re looking forward to how she handles whatever comes next. We’re guessing there will be at least a brief mistaken identity thing.
