Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, April 29 reveal Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) isn’t taking chances. Meanwhile, Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) makes a big mistake. Plus, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is in for (more) problems. Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, April 29: Help, please
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Alex asks Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) for a favor. Clearly, he wants her to take care of the DNA test. While he has every reason to believe Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is telling the truth, he should want someone he can trust to handle it. If that’s his reasoning, he’s learned from the DNA tests of soaps past.
We expect, of course, for the test to confirm that’s Alex’s baby. Otherwise, we see no reason for them to have brought Joy back onto the canvas. Especially since someone else is apparently not sticking around Salem anymore. Alex will likely have mixed emotions about the outcome, as Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) didn’t react well. We’ll see if they’ll manage to make it through this.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, April 29: Goodbye?
Speaking of this mess, Jeremy had a plan. Unfortunately for him, it’s DOA. It seems he misreads a moment with Stephanie, which we assume is him kissing her while she’s pouring her heart out. We guess she’s going to have a strong response to his move, as this is supposed to be it for Jeremy on the show. At the very least, it’s confirmed he won’t be staying past this week.
This is starting to feel like a trend in DOOL. He just brought Joy back into the picture and he’s already out. Technically, this should lead to a slightly longer stay. But other characters of late, including Joy, have been here today and gone tomorrow at the strangest times.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, April 29: Set up?
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a set up. It seems EJ and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) bond, while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) pushes Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to take action. Obviously, they’re looking to up the drama on the plot to kill Johnny by emphasizing the new closeness between father and son after their falling out. We don’t expect Johnny’s attack by Sophia this week to be it for the character, as he and others were still working on the show before the holiday break. But we’re definitely getting a big scare ahead for EJ.
