Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 12 reveal Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) is the cause of some concern. Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) share their misery. Plus, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) tries again. Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 12: Stressing out
First, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) are worried about Rachel. Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate Rachel testifies at the trial this week, so we assume we’ll see the lead-up to this Tuesday, August 12. Rachel will worry that what she says might send Johnny to prison. She won’t want to take the stand and might beg to get out of it somehow. While that won’t be possible, we’ll see if we actually see her take the stand yet.
As for Brady and Kristen, they’re in a bad spot. We assume they’ll do their best to assure her that she has to tell the truth and what happens from there isn’t her fault. This is also likely going to come up in Rachel’s therapy sessions for a long time!

Elsewhere, Johnny and Belle commiserate over the trial. There will be a lot to unpack with the way things have been going! We still believe Belle is sort of overreacting to what happened in court, given she exposed EJ, the victim’s, past sins in front of everyone. Did she really expect not to have that countered?
Also, we hope she’s doing this in a very private location if she’s so worried about her professional reputation. It wouldn’t like right if anyone saw the DA chatting with the defendant about their personal problems related to the trial.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 12: Trying again
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and EJ have a session. Obviously, it’s another attempt to see if hypnosis can uncover any more memories of the night he was shot. We’re not sure if EJ will be able to get through whatever is blocking him from accessing those memories, but we know EJ will be especially motivated to try as many times as necessary.

This does bring up an interesting question. Now, memories of that night can obviously be a good start to investigating someone else. But we see a lot of potential problems with the hypnosis. EJ is defending his son. So, whatever he uncovers might not be taken seriously enough to warrant investigation. Especially since the alleged guilty party’s grandmother is the one leading the session. They might have been better off getting another therapist to do the session for him.
