    Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of Monday, January 26 to Friday, January 30 reveal Dr. Wilhelm Rofl (Richard Wharton) has a breakthrough. Meanwhile, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) gets news. Plus, is Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) slipping? Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, January 26 to Friday, January 30: Breakthrough

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Dr. Rofl does it again! Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will meet with him and learn the rats have been revived. She’s clearly surprised and impressed, but was there really any doubt? Dr. Rolf is a lot of things, but a failure is not one of them. He’s pulled so many medical miracles before, it’s a wonder people still call him a quack in that town.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, January 26 to Friday, January 30: Closure

    Elsewhere, the DiMera family is about to get some closure. EJ will learn from Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) that the bones found in the crypt belong to his father. We’re, for one, cautiously optimistic. When Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) started her talk about Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) had those dreams, we feared the worst. But it looks like instead of resurrecting the character, the writers are finally putting any question of his potential survival to rest. We think anything else would be a disrespect to the character and the actor. Plus, it will allow the DiMera family to gather and honor him, something we’re sure fans of the character will love. Plus, some have pointed out how fitting all this as, as DOOL has been celebrating a huge anniversary.

    In other news, is Steve slipping or setting a trap? Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate we couldn’t believe he handled that package that arrived unexpectedly with bare hands. Not only could it have been contaminated and posed a risk to them all, but if it was a gift from the stalker, Steve contaminated the evidence. We know now that the picture frame is allowing the stalker to hear everything they’re saying.

    Did Steve really mess up that bad, or is he setting a trap? In the promo, he’s discussing a plan to catch the stalker while the stalker is listening. We’d like to give Steve credit, but we have our doubts. The winter preview showed the stalker abducting Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), so the odds are in favor of them actually buying that was a gift from EJ.
