First, Chad returns. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal he’s got a new face now, and a new actor playing his son. Although, we don’t know for sure who that is yet. But they haven’t aged up the children as far as we can see from that promo. We’re glad about that, because there’s been quite a bit of that on this show.
So, Chad and the kids will be spending time together on the square this week. Sounds like a fun thing, right? Well, we wouldn’t speak too soon. He’ll run into Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). So, there’s a chance this is going to be extremely awkward. Most of their meetings are. And we’ll see if the time away from Salem has improved his son’s attitude toward the woman who impersonated his mother.

So, on the surface, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gave Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) some excellent advice. Journal his very complicated situation. However, there is something she maybe should’ve mentioned, as obvious as it is. Which would be to keep the journal hidden at home. Instead, he has it with him at the pub, and this is going to lead to Gabi catching a glimpse of what he’s been writing about.
From what we can see, it’s possible she won’t see anything about his mother. Yet. However, it does look like he’s been writing about his dreams about Gabi. Which will lead to a lot of questions. As Theo is supposed to open up to her, we assume he admits to his daydreams about her.

Finally, Alex gets a huge surprise when someone returns to town. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that will be Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins). She’ll show up at his place, and this can’t be worse timing. He recently got into it with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) over his sin of agreeing to babysit. Which led to an argument about her not feeling like she will ever want kids. And here comes Joy, who’ll likely have the baby she lied to Alex about with her. Between him actually having a child and Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) being all too happy to comfort Stephanie after their ordeal, we think this couple is about done.
