‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers are so over Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) would be power trip.

After Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) died and his will was read, she forced her way into Titan as the CEO and she’s never lost her taste for the power.

She loves to preach doing the right thing, treating people right, and all that goodness, but like any Horton, it’s only surface level.

To be fair, we’re still not sure if the new writers are trying to make the pious Hortons look dark and twisted or if it’s an accidental byproduct.

It is what fans have seen for years, but it started to get better once Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) left town.

But now Maggie is back at her power grab after she was a big part of nearly destroying Titan and Victor’s legacy.

We’ve got the popcorn, so pull up a seat and let’s get rolling.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Maggie isn’t Victor’s choice

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers remember the days of Victor’s will, and how he left control of Titan to his son — then believed to be Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

He also left him half of his estate and the other half to Maggie. Meaning, she wasn’t his choice to run Titan.

    End of story.

Prior to this, she forced Alex out saying Victor wanted her to run it. She instigated several arguments and combined with his missteps he was labeled a chauvinist.

She played the victim and dumped it all on him. Like a deal she claimed she had locked down. The guy was going to leave, but Alex convinced him to stay with his vision.

Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) backed Alex up, so Maggie fired her.

Fast forward to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) being the rightful heir, and Maggie settled down. Somewhat.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Maggie has no place at Titan

As we mentioned above, Maggie has no place at Titan and we loved Kate Roberts (Lauren Kozlow) telling her as much.

They’d be better off cutting the figurehead off and letting her do whatever. After watching Xander take over, she had no problem keeping Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier)’s secret.

She, Philip, Kate, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), and even Alex nearly destroyed Titan. The difference is Philip and Alex show up to work when they can.

    Xander carried the load.

So no Maggie is looking for every advantage to slip into the role as CEO and she’ll bully anyone she can to get there.

It’s why she’s so eager for Philip to admit Xander nearly beat him to death. Then she can step in.

The fact is, she will always be Victor’s second choice to run Titan and she can’t stand it.

Will we get the old, lovable Maggie back at some point? Let us know in the comments below.
