    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, January 5 reveal Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) is back, and it will get ugly. Meanwhile, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has a huge problem. Plus, NYE isn’t over yet. Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, January 5: He’s back…

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Dimitri’s return could end up changing things for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). This teaser might be understating things! As of this writing, the weekly promo was just released. It features Javi crying, plus Leo is shown alone in a room at the Salem Inn. This does not bode well!

    We know Dimitri was likely to arrive just in time to show up at the wedding. However, we think it’s going to be even more dramatic than we feared. Especially given that the wedding isn’t legal yet. We have a bad feeling Dimitri is here to claim his love and has no idea they’re supposed to be broken up. After all, Gwen and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) disappeared him. So, it’s more likely than not that the letter Dimitri supposedly sent was forged.

    Of course, that leads into our next teaser. It seems Gwen is in trouble. There is likely no chance she had anything to do with Dimitri’s return, despite checking her phone over and over during the ceremony. She stands to lose way too much with Dimitri’s return. Like the fortune she loves so much. Not to mention that, even if Dimitri has no idea who took him, he’ll likely insist he was abducted and never wrote that letter. So, Gwen would obviously be one of the main suspects in that whole thing.

    Who else would stand to gain anything with his disappearance? Who else would be motivated enough to hurt both Dimitri and Leo? We expect Leo might come to that conclusion and say so. We’ll see.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, January 5: New year, new pair

    Finally, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) ring in 2026. We still can’t with this whole idea. It feels all kinds of wrong, and it will just blow up in both their faces. More on one problem in the weekly spoilers, since that’s another bit included in the video. But let’s not forget how his daughter will react. Not to mention Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Her attention might be divided now, but we think she’s not going to be happy to learn Brady is seeing the woman who tried to run off with Rachel Black (Alice Halsey).
