‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have been waiting for the day when Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) shows some character growth and less hypocrisy.

She was a fun character for a while, but then there was her first breakup with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

Every time he tried to compromise and they were nearly back together, she’d get a notice from his lawyer in response to hers.

Never mind that was previously sent out and Xander tried to end things civilly. She’d do a 180 degree turn and destroy the bridge they just built.

And now, it’s more of the same as she’s perfectly fine in cutting him out of their daughter’s life.

Not because he’s a threat to her, but because Victoria might be influenced by the man who has shown her nothing but love and has been hands on from day one.

Of course, she holds Xander to a higher expectation than she holds herself, but she’s a Horton. That’s expected.

And now that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is encouraging her and Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) as her back, Sarah’s even worse.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: It’s not about the lie

One thing ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers keep thinking back on is how she’s not angry with Xander for attacking Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

If that was it, Phillip moving on would be enough.

Nope, as she even said, it’s the fact he didn’t deny doing so to her initially. Sure, she added on the rest, but that’s the main reason.

He took away her piousness by not giving her a reason to judge him and it must’ve made her Horton blood boil.

Now that she has a reason to judge, she’s not holding back.

She even went so far to listen to Brady when he said Victoria is young and won’t remember the man who was with her every second.

Victoria is two years old, so maybe they should worry about why she’s still a baby in a stroller? Just saying.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Xander isn’t the sole problem

The writers quest to have Xander atone for his sins by losing everything makes sense, but it’s also infuriating.

They’re stripping him of who he is and what fans love to suck up to Sarah.

No father with any character would relinquish their rights to their daughter to show the mom they’ve changed.

    That makes absolutely no sense.

Especially given how Sarah ignores the changes he’s made and he gave up everything but being CEO of Titan for her already.

It’s more like the story of a man walking on egg shells because of how his ex-wife might react.

That sounds more like Sarah has mental health problems than Xander, and it’s something they both need to work on.

For whatever reason, the show hasn’t said Sarah is bi-polar or anything like that. If the actress doesn’t want to do that, it’s fine. More power to her. Not everyone is comfortable talking about it.

But if the character doesn’t have mental health issues, maybe they need to stop writing her like she does and let her grow as well? Just a thought.

After all, it takes two to tango, and Xander isn’t the only one in need of working on themselves.
