    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, February 16: Lessons

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Gwen instructs Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). If you tuned in last time, you know she’s teaching him golf. However, it was clear there is something more going on. On Monday, February 16 and beyond, they’ll get much closer. And we really have to say we’re all for that. We honestly feel he was better off in a lot of ways with Gwen, as she understands his dark side far more than Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) seems to. We also believe he could be a good influence on Gwen as a potential relationship progresses.

    Still, we have a feeling that it won’t last long. There are interviews out there that indicate there is still a future for Xander and Sarah. He just had to hit rock bottom, and we’re not cool with that. We think in the end Sarah will always be looking over her shoulder. Which we don’t know if that’s going to be good for Xander’s growth.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, February 16: On the case

    Elsewhere, Leo and Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) work together. Obviously, this is about clearing Dimitri’s name when it comes to the DiMera kidnappings. While we admire Leo’s dedication to truth and righting what he thinks is a wrong, we don’t know if we like this overall. Dimitri has been relentless in trying to get Leo back. So, we think this mission to absolve Dimitri will just make him more determined than ever. And unless Dimitri makes some big changes quickly, he’s not a good match as far as we’re concerned. It feels like he doesn’t truly love Leo himself, but what Leo was like. Leo’s done a lot of work and changed in different ways and Dimitri seems to minimize that. That’s not what someone should do if they really love you.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, February 16: Caution

    In other Days of Our Lives spoilers, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) proceeds with caution with Sarah. So, we’re likely getting more lead-up to a relationship with them. Another pairing we think might be misguided, and will lead to more drama than needed when so much is happening with Rachel Black (Alice Halsey).

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, February 16: On a mission

    Finally, Philip knows it’s been a hard time for Gabi. So, he makes it his mission to lift Gabi’s spirits. We’re not sure if this is leading to their trip or if we see them on their Miami vacation. But it should be a fun moment for fans of the couple.
