Coronation Street Spoilers finds that next week is to see the start of a new gripping storyline in Coronation Street, and it will centre around the sleazy Ray Crosby (Mark Frost). Viewers of the soap will already know about his poor behaviour around women, but it would seem that his latest love interest is going to try and get the better of him.
Last year, fans saw Ray introduced on the soap as a hot-shot businessman that was looking to tempt Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) away from the Bistro. However, that never turned out as Michelle had hoped as she was made to feel uncomfortable after Ray tried to take her to bed. Ray’s secrets are about to come out of the bag over the coming weeks.

Since Ray was introduced on a full-time basis on the soap after he had brought the Bistro, he has been getting closer and closer to Abi Franklin (Sally Carmen). Abi is head over heels for Ray, but things are going to take a shocking turn in the coming weeks as an article threatens to show his true colours.
Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) was told about Ray’s behaviour towards Michelle, and it looks as though she is going to try and stop him from making a move on a new woman. Bethany notices that he is getting closer to Alya (Sair Khan), so she decides to tell all in an article online.

Abi is shocked when she learns about the gossip, but she continues to tag along with Ray to a charity event. However, Abi has a different reason for attending, as she looks to blackmail him. Fans will already be aware that there are set to be big scenes involving the characters as pictures emerged showing Abi standing next to a car on fire.
However, it would seem that her plan to get revenge on Ray will backfire as she will be seen on CCTV starting the fire. That will lead to Kevin Webster getting involved to protect Abi, but he will have to pay a huge price to get her off the hook.
