CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that things are going to be heating up in Genoa City, and fans are excited and jonesing to get these shows going.
Is it wrong we’d like to see a couple a day to get our fix?
It could be because we may finally get a resolution to the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) angle, thanks to Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).
While that’s brewing, there’s a budding one-sided romance between Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Amanda Sinclair (Mischael Morgan).
Sounds like some interesting times are ahead, so let’s get to some spoilers.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 12: Chelsea learns Victor’s truth
With Victor finally explaining to Adam what had really happened all those years ago, he’ll now have his chance with the one pushing Adam.
The problem is, Chelsea won’t be any easier to convince of it than anyone else that’s looked at the evidence.
‘Young and the Restless’ think Adam will be proactive in learning the truth for his own peace of mind, and while he’s doing that, Chelsea will dig in.
The thing is, Victor is no saint. He’s done some highly questionable things in his life, so is this really above a possibility?
Sure, Adam could’ve killed his step father, but did he really?
The only reason to doubt Victor’s word is because it’s the truth he needs, just as Victor being guilty is the truth Chelsea and Adam need.
But which one is true, what evidence will Victor off to prove what he says is the truth?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 12: Crush time
Amanda is the type of person that’s easy to fall in love with. She’s beautiful, intelligent, and kind.
She’s also friendly, and the fact that she may not know what she wants at the moment could become troublesome for her budding relationship with Nate.
It could be a simple misunderstanding in something she says, or how she says it when she’s talking about someone.
She could mean Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), or anyone else that’s helped her along the way.
It’s easy to misunderstand someone when we’re first getting to know them, and this could be what gets criss-crossed with Nate.
He may be expecting something more, but Amanda isn’t ready yet. At least, not as ready as he is.
This has the potential to be a fun yet sad storyline depending on what direction they go with it.
