Nothing like closing the week out with a good mix of storylines, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to dig in.
There’s a lot of things up in the air, which means it’s soon decision time on what’s going to happen and we’re expecting some of the usual casual turns.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Why, Jack?
Now that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) feels free of one problem, she’s going to turn her attention to another one.
Of course, to do so she’s going to have a question or two for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and it’s not going to be pretty.
Nikki’s going to demand Jack explain why he’s allowing Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) to get a job at Jabot so she can stay in Genoa Coty.
It’s a good question, and we have a feeling his answer will infuriate Nikki just a tad.
While Jack’s not happy about it, he’ll point out it was up to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). He’s not Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so he’s not going to control their lives.
Okay, ‘Young and the Restless’ added that last part, but it feels like the perfect response to Nikki’s demands, and given Jack hasn’t been in the best of moods lately it’d make sense as a response.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Sally’s concerned
With Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s future at Newman Enterprises up in the air, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is going to have her own concerns.
She’ll be worried about her professional life, but also what will this mean for her and Adam?
She knows his father doesn’t like her, and neither does Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and that limits her options.
Sally will be supportive of whatever Adam thinks is best and wants, but her influence and support may be part of the trigger that’s going to lead to him completing his dark side turn and possibly teaming up with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
Or Adam could see delivering Ashland’s head on a platter to Victor as a way to cement his part in the company and he and Sally will strike out on their own to bring him down similar to how Victoria did.
