As with other shows, using exotic locations adds to the joy and pageantry of any events, and it’s a perfect chance for the couple to give things another try. While marriages aren’t meant to last on these shows, it’s cool to see them get multiple chances. The fact they bounce back and forth like teenagers also offers us a chance to dream for our moment or second chance if we haven’t gotten one yet. But what’s a wedding without some playful drama? As always, leave it to family, or future family in this case, to cause a little drama just to make the new addition squirm. When Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) claimed he forgot the wedding ring, poor Cane nearly had a heart attack.

Of course, it was meant to break the tension and help Cane relax. Besides. Tormenting new additions is a necessity. It’s kinda like the last chance to return an item we’re buying. If someone flakes and runs for it, it’s generally for the best. Though the other wedding party may disagree. As it is, such concerns were for naught as Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) arrived and explained that Devon was kidding before Cane could panic and run around like a madman trying to figure out what to do. Devon’s trick worked, and the three shared a laugh before Neil and Devon welcomed Cane into the family.

Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) had selected the location, and it was a hit with everyone. Lily and Cane couldn’t believe the beauty of the area, and their other guests were just as amazed. It was quiet, relaxing, and absolutely perfect for a dream wedding. This is one of the things that made Katherine great as she knew no limits when it came to helping those she cared about. For this along, this wedding is one of the greatest spectacles on daytime television. It’s a testament to how much the show means to producers, actors, fans, and everyone else involved.
