CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) Spoilers indicates that guardianship of Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) may not be as easy as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) thought. It may be challenging to navigate between the needs of Douglas and the desires of his parents.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Managing Hope (Annika Noelle)
Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is completely distraught about the results of the hearing. While she tries to hold it together for her son, she is an emotional wreck. She can’t imagine him not being with them every day and feels intense grief at his choice. While she feels that she has to support his decision, it is breaking her apart. Steffy reassures her that it is just temporary, and Douglas will decide that he wants to go home.
She promises to take care of Douglas just ask Hope does and promises to watch out for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). It is challenging for Steffy because she knows that this “drama” is what Douglas hopes to avoid by moving in with her. She has to find a way to placate Hope but provide what is best for her nephew.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Fighting with Thomas
Thomas feels that the choice Douglas made will only help him. If Douglas had chosen Hope, then Thomas would probably have had less access to his son. Since Douglas chose Thomas’ sister Steffy, Thomas thinks that he will have unlimited access to his son. He tells Steffy Forrester that just as Douglas lives there, he will live there too.
Thomas doesn’t have his own place, so perhaps he thinks that he can come and stay. Steffy says this is wrong and he is not able to have access to their home anytime he wants. She knows that Douglas chose her so that he would not disappoint either parent and so that he could have a break from their difficult relationship. This angers Thomas. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) comes to his wife’s defense, telling Thomas to get out. Thomas refuses.
What do you think will happen? Will Steffy succeed at putting boundaries on her brother and on Hope? Will she be able to keep them on a routine that is good for Douglas? Or will the pushback cause deeper trouble for everyone?
