As we all know, Britney Spears, in the wake of trying to end her 13 year long conservatorship has been totally living on instagram, tiktok, and other social media outlets in the past couple of months. Ever since she spoke out on June 23rd to judge Brenda Penney detailing how she had basically been forced to do everything against her will for the past 13 years, things have changed for her.
She was allowed to hire her own lawyer, after conservatorship-appointed lawyer Samuel Ingham, voluntarily stepped down. Now she has Matthew Rosengart, former federal prosecutor, on her side.
Britney Spears’ instagram gets deleted?!
It seemed like things were going well, even in her favor for once. She was getting to drive her own car, and even announced that she would be getting engaged to longtime boyfriend, Sam Asghari, in fact they both made announcements on their instagrams recently about the engagement.
There was also the news that Dad Jamie Spears filed a petition to step down from the conservatorship voluntarily, even after he had made a huge stink about not stepping down ever and even demanding $2M from the estate itself – even though Britney is nowhere near dead.
Then as of today, September 14th, 2021, Britney’s instagram, the page that she had been living on recently, just suddenly disappeared, got totally deleted. However not before she posted a post that concerned the majority of her fans, it read: “I had to repost this so you can see the whole article!!!! Growing up in a world where basically almost everything I did was ontrolled by someone else…
I hope this message gets to people who have been confused or manipulated by a system !!!! No… you’re not alone and no… you’re not crazy !!!! People need to hear this before it’s TOO LATE !!!! I’ve waited 13 years and counting for my freedom !!!! Again, team #FreeBritney you guys fucking kick ass !!! Love you so much and God bless !!!!”
The question on everybody’s mind is – too late for what? The article that she posted had something to do with “education with heart” with a quote from Oscar Wilde saying that nothing worth learning can be taught (obviously I’m paraphrasing, I don’t tknow the exact quote), but why on earth would she post that?
Also, she posted something to twitter (an account which is still up) saying, “Don’t worry folks, just taking a little break from social media to celebrate my engagement, will be back soon!” with a heart, rose, and kiss emojis.
However one follower pointed out that if it were the real Britney that was posting the post would have said “posted from twitter for iPhone” and another user speculated that this probably means that Britney is pregnant – something that I’m doubting because unless things have changed (and they very well could have) Britney had an IUD in her as of late June.
Maybe Britney is rebranding and the next time we see her, she’ll be posting as Mrs. Britney Asghari instead of Britney Spears, maybe she’s going to do a whole new instagram account and forget her old professional name, but no matter who she marries, she’s always going to be known as Britney Spears.
This could also be Britney’s Dad’s last attempt at a hurrah at control, he could have taken over all of her social media accounts or had them taken over by somebody else.
There was also the theory floating around that Sam Asghari is the one taking over, which considering how much he likes clout would almost make sense… if he were that diabolically smart. We’ll see what becomes of Britney’s instagram page, stay tuned!!!
