It seems that the judge in Britney Spears’ case has shot down a months-old appeal from Britney Spears to remove her Father, Jamie Spears, from her conservatorship. This appeal was months old, and it looks like the judge may have made this decision befoe hearing Britney’s testimony. There is also some confusions as to whether the petition papers were actually filed or not?
A few days ago it was said that the papers were filed and then some insider information on twitter came out and said that the paperwork had been “made” just not yet filed. Until that paperwork is filed with the new testimony in mind, then the judge still can’t rule in Brittany’s favor.
Britney Spears’ denied once more
Now it looks like Jamie Spears is trying to launch an investigation into Jodi Montgomery and her practices as conservator, because he now says he was not aware of the forced IUD inside of Britney and her not being able to have kids, though it’s clear to see from the testimony that that is a pack of lies because if Britney, a healthy 39 year old woman has not produced any children with any of the partners that she’s been with since her marriage to Kevin Federline ended, then it’s clear to see that that IUD has been in place for awhile and Jamie Spears is just trying to look like a saint. Don’t be fooled, he isn’t.
It’s also being questioned as to whether or not Samuel Ingham, her court appointed attorney is actually serving Britney’s interests – it’s clear to see that he isn’t since he’s dragging his feet on filing the petition to get her out from under this conservatorship, probably because he’s being paid by them to do so.
They are trying to wear down Britney, they’re trying to make her give up so that she doesn’t fight them and just succumbs to whatever this conservatorship is. This is madness and this should be all kinds of illegal, if Britney had been in a car accident and were unable to move or talk anymore then it would be a different story, but she is a healthy 39 year old woman who is clearly capable of advocating for herself and making her own decisions.
She doesn’t need a mental evaluation, but I’d argue that the rest of her team does. While we’re at it, let’s get a mental evaluation for Judge Penney as well, or better yet, let’s just ask her how much the price of human freedom is, and who signed the check? Stay tuned!!!
