‘Beyond the Gates’ (BTG) spoilers suggest that Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley), Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman), and Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) may find themselves in a steamy love triangle.

Dani and Andre have been carrying on a secret affair for months now. Their romance started as a way for them to get their minds off Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Ashley, respectively.
Dani tried to win back her ex-husband before he married Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) to no avail. Dani turned to Andre for a bit of fun and harmless distraction.
Now the two of them appear to be developing feelings for each other. Andre helped Dani when she was drowning herself in alcohol to cope with her heartache.
Andre and Dani have sizzling chemistry, and they can’t ignore their mutual attraction. However, Andre has also taken a shine to Ashley.
Andre found Ashley at the Uptown bar crying about her rift with her firefighter boyfriend, Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin), and he wasted no time offering her a shoulder to cry on.
She and Andre talked about her relationship with Derek, with Ashley complaining that Derek was acting like “such a guy,” which made Andre laugh.
When the two of them went back to her and Derek’s apartment, Ashley found that Derek had moved out without so much as a text message.
Ashley sobbed in Andre’s arms, and he ignored the text Dani sent him. Andre even went as far as to tell Ashley that if he were Derek, he would never walk out on her.
The closeness between Ashley and Andre could become something more, and lead to a love triangle between Ashley, Andre, and Dani.
Beyond The Gates Spoilers: Andre Should Choose Sexy, Passionate Dani Over Bland And Boring Ashley
We’re not sure why Andre would be interested in Ashley when he has Dani frequently in her bed.
There isn’t much alluring to us about Ashley, especially not compared to the beautiful, vibrant, and irresistible former model who is filled with passion and energy.
Besides, it’s more fun to see the photographer and the model fall for each other. Technically, they aren’t in a committed relationship, but they definitely have a unique and undeniable spark.
A one-night stand has turned into regular bedroom sessions, and Dani may be starting to want more from Andre. She may decide it’s time to define her romance with Andre, but will he want the same? We hope so.
Ashley doesn’t have the right vibe to be with Andre, but apparently, the writers think otherwise. Could this turn into a big mess between the three of them?
Dani is a firecracker and deserves a relationship that honors her larger-than-life personality. She’s so much fun to watch, and it would be a treat to see her finally happy with someone after what Bill did to her.
That being said, Ashley and Derek’s relationship has hit the skids. What exactly does that mean for Ashley and Andre?
We hope Andre is smart enough to choose Dani over Ashley, but a soapy triangle would undoubtedly be a welcome storyline until that happens.
