A lot of royal fans can’t help but wonder if Prince William and Kate Middleton might be living separate lives. Or whether or not their lives have become so different that they are doing things at the opposite end of the spectrum.
While Prince William had a solo royal engagement hosting the ‘Big Tea’ for healthcare workers, his wife Kate Middleton was home isolating after coming in contact with someone who has Covid-19.
The Duchess of Cambridge was supposed to be at the Big Tea as well but despite the fact that she is fully vaccinated from the virus, she has decided to self-isolate at home for 10 days anyway. Here’s what you need to know.
Are Prince William And Kate Middleton Living Separate Lives?
The Duke of Cambridge looked at ease as he hosted a tea party at Buckingham Palace as part of the NHS charities’ ‘Big Tea’ tribute to health care workers, which is going on throughout the UK.
William and Kate were supposed to be at the event together, but because Kate Middleton is at home by herself, it was Prince William who spent the afternoon speaking to NHS staff workers.
While no one knows what is really going on between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, some people suspect that Kensington Palace might not be telling the entire truth about Kate Middleton’s Covid-19 exposure.
Seeing how more and more people are getting vaccinated, the UK government is actually looking to ease up on some of its lockdown restrictions, and not tighten them more. A lot of critics have even pointed out that if Kate Middleton is indeed fully vaccinated, then there was no reason for her to self-isolate at home for 10 days.
But then again, there’s a chance that the Duchess of Cambridge might have used the Covid-19 exposure as an excuse to cancel everything that she had previously scheduled in her calendar.
Does she simply just want to get away from her husband, Prince William? Or is she just in need of some time off? That’s what fans want to know.
