Amber Heard is claiming that she has a lot of feelings about Johnny Depp post-trial, and one is apparently love? The final preview clip from the actress’ interview with ‘Today’ aired Wednesday and discussed several topics, including where her heart still lies. According to Amber, Depp is still near and dear to her heart, despite the fact that he won $8.35 million in the defamation case.
Savannah Guthrie referred to Amber’s own words about still loving Johnny, asking if it’s still true, and Heard replied that it was. She was also asked if she feels like Johnny succeeded in ruining her career and reputation to which she believed he had.
Amber Heard Claims She Still Loves Ex-Husband Johnny Depp Even After VIOLENT Domestic Abuse Claims
This is an interesting thing for Heard to say, especially after the domestic violence claims she has made, as well as being sexually abused by Depp. While many believe she is lying, or at the very least grossly exaggerating what happened, it makes people wonder why someone who has claimed those terrible things had happened would still feel love for the person?
The complete interview will air on ‘Dateline NBC’ this week claiming that there is extra, unaired footage touching on evidence that Amber believes should have made it into the trial but didn’t.
Amber continues to speak out publicly about the trial and continues to stay in the spotlight, which is an odd thing to do, especially with all the backlash she has faced online. Many would think she would want to lay low for a while, but she continues to talk and discuss her relationship with Johnny.
These clips released so far from the Savannah Guthrie interview continue to paint Amber in a bad light, and many believe she should never have agreed to sit down and speak like this on national television. Yet, here we are.
