ABC ‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers finds that network might have pressed the pause button on the next season of The Bachelorette, but it looks like there are already going to be some significant changes to how the show will proceed moving forward. In fact, there’s a chance that fans will be seeing less traveling abroad and more scenes in contained spaces, just like Love Island or Netflix’s hugely popular, Love is Blind, where there is no physical interaction half way through the season. Director of community relations at Broadway States Monica Holowacz tells Fox News in an interview that in order to keep the reality television genre going, drastic changes will have to be made. That, and more shows might follow the same format as Love is Blind, where the contestants self-quarantine for a number of weeks until they actually see each other.

“It’s self-quarantining and social distancing in the dating TV world, already. The concept exists, it was a mega-hit for Netflix, and I wouldn’t be shocked if we saw more dating series like this,” Holowacz said.
While no one knows when production will resume, it’s without a doubt that the entertainment industry is itching to get back on its feet, seeing how thousands of people in Hollywood that work in both television and film have been unemployed for many months now. With that said, many precautions like temperature checks will be taken to ensure that everyone’s health and safety will remain as a number one priority.
She added: “Especially because right now, the one thing people are all yearning for is human interaction, and as an audience, we tend to connect with characters and people on TV. It’s almost like a substitute for real life right now.”
