ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers finds that in the past, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel) has been quite a firecracker. He has tampered with elections and taken on grown adults more than twice his age, currently, his feud with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) comes to mind. All of this behavior started when he was much younger and he had just lost his Dad, which broke his heart. This week is the week that Spencer is going to find out about his Dad’s scheming ways and also discover that he is alive. Now from what we’ve seen, little Spencer doesn’t take too kindly to betrayal, I mean Valentin is technically his Uncle! So how is this little guy going to react when he finds out that his Dad was alive but had stayed away from him on purpose???

Poor little Spencer. When Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was alive they had a pretty good bond. So much so that Spencer had made it his current life’s work to make his uncle Valentin’s very existence a living hell in exchange for his Dad’s death. When Spencer learns that Nik has not only been alive for all this time but has purposefully stayed away from him then his reaction is going to be that of why did you do this to me? It can’t have been easy, being that young and deciding to commit your life to vengeance, and going up against your Uncle whom you’re supposed to have at least a passable relationship with.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Spencer Forgive Nik?
Sure, Spencer Cassadine has missed his Dad but the fact of the matter is Nik’s death changed him and one could argue that it wasn’t for the better. It made him have a gigantic chip on his shoulder and what looks to be trust issues. As young as he is, he’s sharp as a tack. He’s just at the age where trauma can really shape you. So if Nik is hoping for one of those heartwarming returns where he’s instantly embraced by his boy and they go off and toss a baseball around together I think he’s living in a dream world. I think Spencer, at this point, would definitely make his Dad work for any happy ending that he got.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: How Will Spencer Find Out?
Seeing as he’s away at boarding school, for now, this is kind of precarious. Will Laura Webber decide that this is an important enough occasion to pull Spencer from boarding school to reunite him with his Dad? That’s what one would assume but it would really grind the school administrator’s gears to pull a kid who just got back from Christmas vacation essentially. So what I am thinking is that Spencer won’t find out from a family source at all, he will find out from a news source (say the headline about Valentin’s wedding turning into Nik’s wedding) and he will steal out of boarding school himself and come to see his Dad. There will probably be an amber alert and Nik will blame Valentin and they make come to blows but ultimately everything should come out okay and Father and Son will be reunited.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Rushing To See Daddy Or Cold, Calculating Mini-Spawn? You Decide.
If Spencer does indeed break out of boarding school to come to find his Dad, then one could argue that it’s just a child rushing home to meet Daddy and maybe indeed that’s all it is. However, we do remember where Spencer comes from, right? What if Spencer decided that he wanted to make Nikolas feel all the bad things that he had l. His son going missing for no good reason could definitely garner those kinds of feelings in Nikolas, at least until Spencer decided to show himself. Trust it to Spencer to do something to simultaneously make his Dad proud and tick him off at the same time. So how will all of this play out? Stay tuned!!!
