General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 4th reveal there’s going to be a lot of facing the music going on. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will both have to face up to their mistakes, but we have a feeling there’s one character who won’t. Plus, we’ll see some more of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) this week and his relationship with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Let’s take a look at the promo.
General Hospital spoilers: Dressed to kill
The title of the promo gets used this week, when Dante says Sam looks like she’s dressed to kill. General Hospital spoilers tease their investigation into Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) disappearance takes another step. From what we saw of the daily from Monday and the teasers, it seems they’re going to be undercover to start the week off. So, we’ll see how this works out. We still find this pairing a bit creepy after remembering the family connections between them. But we guess what’s a soap without a somewhat incestuous pairing? However, we’re hopeful that might change once Drew comes back alive and well.
General Hospital spoilers: Confessions
So, about facing the music. In the weekly promo, Ava Jerome (Maura West) would like someone to tell her what’s going on. This will be a continuation of last week when Spencer had just confessed to being the stalker. We can’t wait to see Ava’s reaction to this and possibly see Spencer groveling. Although, we can’t help wondering if he’ll still fall under Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) influence again, despite this moment. She does seem to have a tight hold on him, and she’s clearly good at manipulation.

Elsewhere, Nina’s chat with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets interrupted by Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) this week. He wants an explanation from Nina, and he obviously has heard about the hiding of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Interestingly, the clip doesn’t let Michael finish what he’s saying. Instead, it cuts to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) talking about Nina hiding that Sonny was alive. Carly believes she know why Nina did this, and we are sure it’s going to be a lot of excuses and justifications on her end. Because Carly won’t be able to take any responsibility for the fact she lied as well. Not only that, General Hospital spoilers say she was perfectly happy to keep the lie going for Nina’s “protection.” Sounds familiar. Sure, not on quite the same level, but you know what they say about living in glass houses…
