ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers January 17th reveal Laura Webber (Genie Francis) is dealing with more than her own family issues right now. Plus, we’ll see Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) getting closer to Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy). Plus, we’ll see more of the Corinthos family chaos. Let’s take a look at what’s next.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For January 17: Talking it out

First off, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Laura was busy with bringing her family together at the end of last week. This week, she’ll turn her attention elsewhere—for now. In the promo, she asks Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) if he’s ready to accept his father into his life. From her tone, it sounds more like the subject comes up between them and she’s legitimately curious about where Curtis’ mind is instead of trying to advise or sway him. Although, we’re sure it will come to that at some point. We’re pretty sure she will side with reconciliation given her mission to help her son and grandson. Who, coincidentally, have a similar lie coming between them.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For January 17: Dreams unrealized

Elsewhere, Marshall asks Epiphany why she didn’t follow her dream. Sounds like she’s opening up to him a bit more and we sense a possible romance ahead. Although, we’re still curious as to why she hasn’t taken a harder stance with him. She has to know who he is by now, given she works with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). But we do see the potential for this pair, and we hope to see more of them. For now. We’re still not totally sold on this guy. He’s just too cryptic.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For January 17: The drama continues

As for the Corinthos family, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) tells Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) this fight isn’t going to end any time soon. We’re curious what fight he means exactly—the one between him and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), or the one between Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)? We do believe he’ll be a voice of reason here because he has a complicated situation going on of his own. He lost time with his daughter through no fault of his own as well. So, we imagine he’s all for people reconciling.

Elsewhere, it seems Ava Jerome (Maura West) is a terrible influence. After seeming to realize that Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) had a point, Ava has Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) once again thinking about what could be if Sonny and Carly were to split. It seems this will come up between her and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who asks Nina if she’s sure there’s even a home left to wreck.
