ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for December 17th reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just can’t win being in Port Charles. Plus, we’ll see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) have another reunion with his daughter, while it looks more and more like Stella Henry (Vernee Watson Johnson) has something to hide. Let’s take a look at the promo and teasers.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For December 17: General Hospital spoilers
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers gave us a bit of a cliffhanger when Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were spotted together at GH by Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Friday, we’ll see the fallout as Olivia runs interference.
By this, we assume Carly will be on the verge of explosion and Olivia will take her down. Funny, considering she was the one going on about it not being healthy for Carly to bottle all the emotions in. We say that, because Nina will wonder if this is a threat. Olivia will reply it’s a fact. So, yeah… this exchange tells us that she will likely hurry Nina away and demand she run if she sees Sonny or any of the family coming.
Another part of the promo has Carly wondering if it’s over. Given she literally just ran into him and Nina, we have a feeling she’ll question this and it’s possible Sonny might confess the connection he and Nina shared in Nixon Falls. He should, anyway. He can’t keep this “leave her be” stance going while being caught in her presence without having to explain himself.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For December 17: Hi again!
In other news, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) brings her daughter to see Drew. We’re torn on this. We’d love to see the pair reconnect and have a somewhat nice meeting for Drew’s sake. We like the character. However, realistically, we have a feeling Drew is in for a little heartbreak with the joy of seeing his child again.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For December 17: Ashford drama continues
In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) talks to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about his concerns. She’ll ask if “that” would really be so terrible. By that, we’re assuming she’s talking about TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and others reconnecting with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett). She’s had her issues, but she also seems like a reasonable type that does practice forgiveness.
And TJ is an adult free to make his own choices. However, we see Curtis’ concern that Marshall refuses to answer any questions and that will likely be part of the conversation. And let’s face it—when you make your kids think you died decades ago and come back out of nowhere, explanations are not optional. Curtis is entitled to every answer he wants, and if Marshall really cares, he should give them.
Speaking of this situation, Stella will tell Marshall he acts like he knows what the Good Lord has planned. The more we see, the more we’re convinced she knew all along. Possibly even came up with the idea herself. Again, she didn’t look too “how are you alive?” when she saw him.
And it did look like she was about to confess something until Marshall intervened. Also… how did she have his number to send the message they needed to talk? We wouldn’t want to be Stella if/when Curtis learns this was the case.
