Univision Rubí Spoilers: The sin
We know Alejandro’s been stuck on Rubí, despite her leaving him for a richer man. As in Héctor Ferrer Garza (Rodrigo Guirao), the former prometido of Maribel de la Fuente (Kimberly Dos Ramos). Since Rubí, he’s tried moving on with Sonia Aristimuño (Alejandra Espinoza). Unfortunately, he can’t stay away. When Rubí tried getting him back into bed, he went along no problem. Even knowing he’s got a pregnant woman at home. But he definitely paid for his crime. Rubí made sure to tape the encounter and was as cruel and uppity about sharing the video with Sonia as possible. This led Sonia to leave Alejandro, but that’s not where it ends.
Univision Rubí Spoilers: The intervention
Maribel is no stranger to Rubí’s toxic ways. Her parents are even worse off than they were since Rubí went on record in the press about Arturo del la Fuente’s (Lisardo) feelings for Cristina Pérez Ochoa (Tania Lizardo). Plus, she’s been dealing with the aftermath of losing her love. Not to mention having to give a massive wakeup call.
Rubí spoilers reveal that Alejandro cried on Maribel’s shoulder about what happened. She gave him some much-needed tough love when she told him Rubí might have baited the trap, but he didn’t have to take it. She made it very clear the only one truly responsible for his situation is him, and he needs to stay away from Rubí. So, who else is she infecting with her bad energy?
Univision Rubí Spoilers: The prince
She’s currently with the Prince Eduardo of Spain, but the bad press is real. He’s about this close to tossing her aside, because he’s not interested in dealing with the press eating them alive. If they’re going to have anything, she needs to settle her affairs. As in, get that divorce pronto. Of course, Rubí spoilers indicate she won’t have to worry about that….

We never liked Héctor. He’s a cheater who turned abusive, after all. What’s there to like? However, it seems that Rubí might have infected him as well. In a rare display of his human side, he apologized to a couple of people, including Maribel. He even went to far as to say he might have been happy had he stayed with her. Apparently, the realization of his mistake, the beating he got in the press, and the possible legal consequences of his actions were too much to take. He ended up killing himself by setting his car on fire with him inside. But, Rubí isn’t done destroying lives.
Univision Rubí Spoilers: Past sins and future trouble?
It seems that Rubí got a little too full of herself. She basically walked out on any commitments to Lucas (Marcus Ornellas) professionally once she set her sights on Royalty. But he wasn’t the only one. She also blew off the deal she made to market her own perfume in Japan. This situation seems to have followed her into the future, as we learned they have ways of dealing with people who don’t honor deals.
In the future, Rubí has Carla Rangel (Ela Velden) hostage, essentially, as well as Carla’s husband. As last night played out, we see how Fernanda Perez Ochoa’s (Valery Saís) need to see the best in her aunt and Cristina’s determination to keep them apart informs her and her fate now. She’s stuck in a house where no one can apparently know a man is there, and it seems they’re expecting a visitor. Looks like Christina and Maribel are right—Rubí is a toxic person and best avoided. The question is, can Carla save herself and her man? We’ll have to wait and see.
