‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that during the week of October 6th to 10th, Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will reading reveals a massive shock for the Quartermaine family.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ronnie And Monica Were Separated As Children
Everyone will have the chance to meet Ronnie and will likely be surprised to learn that Monica had a sister she never discussed.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) may orchestrate an elaborate scam in which Monica’s secret sister, Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak), inherits the Quartermaine mansion.
We think Martin gets revenge on Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) by helping Ronnie score the very house Tracy has called home for years.
We know Monica was adopted and supposedly knew nothing about her biological family. She was adopted by Gail Baldwin (Susan Brown).
When she married Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon), she was embraced by the Quartermaine family. Alan gave Monica the mansion as a gift.
Monica and Ronnie were sisters who were separated as children when they were raised in foster care, which was a fate neither of them chose.
“Ronnie” had tried to approach Monica to have a relationship years ago, but she opted not to have her sister in her life.
Veronica was crushed by the rejection but moved on with her life. However, Monica later changed her mind as Ronnie and Monica had been corresponding for a year before her death.
As far as whatever legal or illegal tricks or manipulation Martin has up his sleeve, Tracy won’t see it coming. In Monica’s will, Ronnie will receive one of Monica’s “oldest and cherished possessions.”
Ronnie will be given a locket containing a photo of the two of them as kids before they were separated. Tracy will assume that Ronnie won’t inherit anything else.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tracy Will Set Out To Prove Veronica Bard Is A Fraud
Tracy will flip out when it’s announced that Monica wants “the cherished sister of her heart” to have the Quartermaine mansion and all the surrounding property.
It’s interesting to us that after months away from Port Charles, Martin has suddenly returned just in time for Monica’s will reading. It seems a bit too convenient.
It also seems shady that Monica will leave only a jar of Lila Quartermaine’s (Anna Lee) pickle relish to Tracy.
Amusingly, when Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle) cut Tracy out of his will, he left her a jar of Lila’s pickle relish. Tracy may not be willing to accept that twice.
Long-time GH fans and avid watchers know the story. Edward tried to test Tracy’s loyalty back in 1980 by faking a heart attack. He pleaded with her to give him his heart medication.
Tracy refused to help him until he promised not to sign the will disinheriting her. It was a test, and Tracy failed. It’s a classic scene that is one of the most talked about in GH history.
It’s going to be fun next week to see who inherits what items from Monica. We have a feeling we’re in store for many more surprises.
You can bet Tracy isn’t going down without a fight. She may hire the best lawyers in the business to prove that Veroncia Bard is a fraud.
Regardless, the will reading will provide some entertainment and soapy family drama that viewers are sure to enjoy.
